How do you find health care that doesn’t ****?

Elizabeth asked:

Hey, I’m looking for health insurance that doesn’t cost $56 a week and still doesn’t ****. I need one that’ll cover medications that I’ll probably have to end up by taking on a monthly basis. Unfortunately health insurance is required in Massachusetts, and that’s where I’m from. Please help me find (or at least tell me how to find) health insurance that’s actually reliable, affordable, usable in MA and doesn’t ****! Thanks for the help guys!

Oh, and p.s. Blue Shield is the one I got the quote from.

I thought AUTO insurance was required in Massachusetts. I have never heard that Health Insurance was required. I think you have your information mixed up!

Millions of people in the USA goes without health insurance because of the high costs. Check out with Division of Health and Human Services to see if they have a list of various health insurance providers and other state programs for people with Lower income, but not low enough for programs like Medicaid.

I’d say go for the best deal you get, because when it comes to the crunch you have the same rights by law, regardless of who you are with. However you should Check with your state’s insurance department to see if who you choose to go with are licensed to do business.

Try filling a form here
it’s one form to get a number of quotes from different insurers. It’s free and a big time saver, these are all the main American insurers competing to get your business so you are bound to find something that suits you, if it works out remember my points please :)

You could run for Congress and represent Massachusetts. Congress has excellent health insurance and it doesn’t cost a thing. There are even on-site doctors so you don’t have to leave your office building.

If your stuck in the real world, it’s gonna cost you $56 a week and suck, at least a little. Good luck, at least you can get health insurance.

One thing to consider: no matter which company or plan you apply for, you will not be covered for “pre-existing conditions” you were diagnosed with before signing up with the company, unless you can prove you had previous coverage for the condition with a different company for a continuous period of 18 months prior to being diagnosed.

So, unless you’ve gone less than 60 days without a health plan, they will NOT cover any treatment of whatever condition you currently have that’s going to make you take medications…and that includes any medications you would need to treat it.

Blue Cross Blue Shield is a very good plan. But like you said, it’s pretty expensive for most people. I have one other option that’s pretty cost effective and packages start relatively low. if you’re still searching, email me anytime. good luck.
